As you see in the picture above, I was able to lead a meeting on positivity and journaling with my support group.
We learned about the different methods of mindfulness, the key takeaway that sticks with me from my doctor - 'positivity is crucial to your healing' - and we went over the different journaling prompts.

I felt very honored to open this discussion up to them and it's certainly not something I take lightly. I hope that the information received resonated with some and I hope further future discussions will be had.
Next up, educating others on TBI overall and continuing my advocacy.
My TBI caused me to have three strokes and I was only 34. That was how severe it was and how it has affected me.
All I did was fall on the floor. Something as simple as falling can leave such a lasting impact on someone.
