The Virtual 5K - Why Should I Do It?
We are motivating others to GET OUT! Walk, run, jog, hop, skip, jump - whatever you want to do for 3.1 miles (5k)! We are here to promote physical wellness for your overall mental well-being. Trust me... it works! In this crazy world we live in with the pandemic running wild, we want you to break free from the chains of your home and safely go for a stroll! *Please maintain required social distancing guidelines*

What Is This For?
We are working towards helping our youngsters this school year, starting off on the right foot! This isn't just your average 5K, we are taking a portion of the proceeds to make sure our schools are well equipped with supplies (and our students at home in the Valley) and delivering wellness packages to our schools locally!

What Do I Get Out of This?
With your purchase, you will receive an amazing medal to show just how awesome you are (as well as the bragging rights for completing a 5k)! I will be mailing out the medals in October! I would LOVE if you don’t mind submitting your race time/date - and we would love to see a photo of YOU in running action! With your permission, we will highlight you in our community photos. *This race is month of September only*
