I have seen the power that having a habit tracker in my notebook has done for my goals. Reading the book Atomic Habits also made it very clear how helpful habit trackers can be for just about any habit you can think of.
When you use a habit tracker
~you're more mindful
~you're more likely to have success in completing the habit
~you feel more accomplished
Now, I did not create this habit tracker that you can print off, it is just one I found online that you can use if you need an IN YOUR FACE visual.
But there's also an app that I use on my phone called "Habit." It looks a little something like....
Some of my habits that I am tracking for the next 30 days are:
~waking up at 5am
~making my bed
~morning devotional at 5:30am
~meditation
~drink water
~run!
You can set reminder alarms and repetition cycles - it does all of the thinking for you! This is your little healthy habit assistant.
Track anything YOU want to improve... even if you only do it 1 day in the whole month, it lets you see your baseline and you'll know just how much you have improved over time!
